（1）Shape inspection equipment

The size detection device is based on the length, width, and height of the storage unit size and is set according to the allowable error. Then, an infrared photoelectric scan is performed on the length, width, and height dimensions of the stored storage unit to determine whether it exceeds the setting. 

If it does not exceed the setting, the size is deemed to be qualified and is allowed to be stored. If it exceeds this setting, it will be regarded as a "size-unqualified" pallet in the system and needs to be exited and the out-of-tolerance situation (such as height or length direction, etc.) reported to the system.

（2）Weighing and testing equipment

Each pallet entry port should be equipped with pallet weighing detection. When the pallet is placed at the entry port, the weight of the material should be automatically measured and transmitted to the information system through the interface.

If it is found that the difference between the actual weight of the item and the set weight exceeds a certain range or ratio, the system will alarm and refuse to enter the warehouse, waiting for manual processing or confirmation.
