Introducing our Cold Automation Project in Vancouver, Canada. This project, completed in 2022, is designed to meet the diverse needs of the B2B market, serving as a hub for approximately 36-41 end retailers.

Our facility boasts a remarkable scale, with a total shelf height reaching 11 meters and a staggering 21,000 storage positions. Equipped with cutting-edge automation technology, we have installed 4 sets of stacker cranes for ambient temperature storage, 2 sets for refrigerated storage, and an additional 2 sets for freezing storage. To ensure seamless operation, we have implemented a comprehensive system comprising of 3 sets of conveyor lines, 1 Warehouse Management System (WMS), and 1 Warehouse Control System (WCS).

Now, let's delve into the remarkable features of this project. Embracing the concept of a tri-temperature warehouse, we have meticulously designed a storage space that consists of three distinct areas - ambient, refrigerated, and freezing. The entire setup follows a leg-style structure, allowing for efficient storage of pallets according to American standard dimensions.

Utilizing the latest technology in cold storage, our freezing area ensures a chilling temperature of minus 23 degrees Celsius. This makes it an ideal space for storing perishable goods that require a deep freeze. Moreover, our refrigerated and ambient sections cater to a wide range of food categories.
